The restaurant is set amidst tropical gardens with koi ponds and a waterfall in the center. There are few walls, but they are adorned with striking paintings and sculptures are placed throughout (see Art Gallery). Nearby nestles the coal-pit where our famous Sunday BBQ dishes are flamed.
Unique presentation makes every ‘Aquarium’ meal a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds. Local ingredients are used in an innovative way to meld West Indian to European recipes… Callaloo Cannelloni, Shrimps in shredded coconut and ginger glazed lobster. The Aquarium caters for large business and intimate cocktail parties and a wide variety of outside caterings too.
We are open nightly, except Mondays, happy hour on Fridays. Snorkel,
kayak or just relax.

have a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where good company can be enjoyed with
fine wines from around the world. Our climate-controlled wine cellar can
be viewed from the entrance cave to the restaurant.
